Job Announcement

Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable;
  • Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in;
  • Call customers and confirm appointment;
  • Promote BNKC (Cambodia) MFI's products and provide financial services to clients;
  • Provide information to client and BNKC's guests;
  • Ensure reception are tidy;
  • Coordinate the delivery to pick up of BNKC's relate documents (checks or CV, etc.) through appropriate courier companies on behalf of staff and deppartment managers;
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general enquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate person or departments;
  • Create customer CID and Loan Account in MBW in System;
  • Assist to Teller in loan collection.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Holding bachelor degree of accounting or finance or related field
  • No experience
  • Understand Finance Policy and Accounting Policy of BNKC
  • Good observation an presentation skills
  • Anaylytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Time management and stress management skills
  • Be able to use computer program such as; MBwin System, Ms. Office, Internet and Email
  • Be patience, honest, and trustworthy
  • Be able to speak, read, and write in English or Korean
  • Self-discipline
  • Flexibility and sound work-ethic
