Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and consolidate business plans for branches.
- Regularly generate on-demand reports and share with management and branches so that they can closely monitor progress of work.
- Report summarized information on some regular basis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) in term of any activity or result of the unit’s job.
- Instruct the team members some new subjects, problem solving and management techniques.
- Provide training or supporting for counter staff in order to make operation run smoothly.
- Prepare data incentive for branch staff and develop incentive schemes based on senior management decision.
- Credit Business Analysis.
- Daily Report to Head of Credit regarding Business Performance.
- Enhance Customer Mobile App.
- Participate in meeting with line manager or senior management as required.
- Other tasks as required by HOD
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Holding bachelor degree of related field
- Four-year experiences in micro finance and banking industry and data analysis
- Three-year experiences in supervisory or managerial positions
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Report writing skills
- Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill of Khmer, English, and Korean is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excl and PowerPoint.
